STANDARD PROMOTION AND BONUS TERMS:

INTRODUCTION

1. These Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms apply to all Kingspin Promotions offered by us to you and form part of the General Terms and Conditions between you and us. 

2. These Terms and Conditions may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. In case of any discrepancy between an English version and your country of origin version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

3. If there’s any conflict or inconsistency between Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms and any Significant Terms, the Promotion-specific terms and conditions will to that extent take precedence.

4. Kingspin reserves the right to change the above mentioned terms and conditions, and/or to discontinue or withdraw any Promotion, within the limits of the applicable legislation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure, connectivity issues, changes in the law). Kingspin will strive to give as advanced prior notice as possible to players in such events. If you find any addendum unacceptable, you should cease using the site, participating in the Promotion and/or close your account. Continuation of use after the date on which the changes to the terms come into effect will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.

5. All promotions are limited time offers and the terms and conditions associated with any bonus rewards are subject to change.

6. By default, times mentioned in Kingspin Promotions are set in Eastern European Time (EET).

7. Kingspin reserves the right to make amendments to any Promotion at any time to correct obvious errors, misprints, typographical and visual errors or to improve offer understanding, and obtaining the prior approval of the regulatory body where applicable / within the limits of the applicable legislation.

8. Kingspin’s management reserves the right to remove or change any Promotion, deny or limit bonuses and offers to any clients in circumstances that include, but are not limited to problem gambling, Promotion and Bonus Abuse and any other technical exploitation of the system.

9. Kingspin reserves the right to disqualify any player from any Promotion if evidence of abuse or fraud is found. Should you find Kingspin’s decision unsatisfactory, you may follow the Kingspin's complaint procedure.

PROMOTION AND BONUS ABUSE

1. We offer Promotions in good faith to players who use our services for entertainment purposes. The client upholds not to abuse the ability of opening accounts in order to benefit from bonus credits and other promotional offers that Kingspin may offer. Kingspin has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage of the service and/or other suspicious activity, and reserves the right to block and remove bonuses as well as any associated winnings from accounts deemed suspect of being involved in such activities or behaviours. (Links with access to promotions will be restricted or removed from such accounts) Note that in such circumstances, Kingspin shall be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be on the standing balance, other than the originally deposited amounts.

2. ‘Promotion and Bonus Abuse’ is defined as but is not limited to, any one of the following types of activity:

• The use of VPN, proxy or other services and techniques, for the purposes of deliberately obscuring, hiding or changing IP addresses in order to fraudulently take advantage of promotional offers;

• Whether known or unknown to us, taking advantage of any software or system bug, loophole, fault, error, or failure including, but not limited to, in respect to any game provided;

• Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or any other promotional offer more than once;

• Working in a syndicate with other players to abuse promotions, deliberately cheat or other exploitative behaviour;

• Placing a series of contradictory bets placed by a customer or group of customers within the same game/betting market with the final goal of achieving profits regardless the final outcomes of the bets placed, or any other type of abusive behaviour;

• Moving from large bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clear wagering requirements.

• Placing bets in excess of the maximum stake allowed when having an active bonus.

Kingspin reserves the right to cap the winnings for selected promotions. Max win cap will be mentioned in each promotion Terms & Conditions. Any bonus winnings that exceed the specified cap amount after wagering has been completed will automatically be forfeited. In cases where this is not possible a manual adjustment may be conducted internally.

ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

1. Please note that any bonus can be claimed once per person, household, family, residential address, email address, payment method, IP address, device or shared computer environment (please note that if you are using a shared computer, such as in the workplace, public library or Internet cafe, only one use per computer and/or IP address will be eligible to receive the bonus, prize, cashback etc). Winnings will be paid out in such cases where KingSpin decides that one or more bonuses were claimed as a result of genuine error or connectivity issue that seems incidental and is not being considered as fraudulent.

2. If you are currently self-excluded, or you become so fromKingSpin during a Promotion period, you will not be eligible to participate and receive any bonuses and/or prizes during the time you have self-excluded.

3. Employees, officers or directors of Kingspin and their family members/relatives shall not be eligible for Promotions.

4. Kingspin reserves the right to review transaction records for any reason that may be required, as per our license and legal obligations. If, as the result of such a review, it is concluded that an individual customer or a group of customers are practising strategies which Kingspin deem to be collusion, unlawful or improper activity, or fraudulent practice, Kingspin reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such customers to enter the Promotion and will void any related prize, bonus or other reward. Therefore, please note that in certain cases some of our promotions may not always be visible or available to all clients. If for any reason mentioned above the client is unable to view the promotion content and/or claim the offer, this will subsequently mean that his/her participation in such promotion is restricted.
   

TYPES OF BONUSES AND ACCOUNT BALANCE

1. At Kingspin Casino we currently offer three types of bonuses:

   1. Deposit Bonus

   2. No Deposit Bonus

   3. Free Spins

2. At KingSpin we are using EUR as a main currency. 

3. The maximum withdrawal amount allowed from winnings earned from any No Deposit Bonus or Free Spins offer claimed prior to a first deposit being made into a Player’s Account is €/$100.

4. Multiple bonuses can be activated at the same time, however, funds will firstly be taken from the initial bonus activated. If the customer attempts to place a bet, higher than the bonus funds available in the first bonus, the remaining funds will be taken from the second bonus in the queue. Example: If a 20 EUR bet is placed when only 5 EUR is available in the first bonus, the remaining 15 EUR will be taken from the second bonus in the queue.

5. If only one bonus has been activated and there are not enough funds available to place a desired bet using this bonus, the missing funds will then be taken from the player's real-money balance.

6. All types of bonuses are added to the Bonus Balance in the Account.

7. Deposit Bonus is made of Real Funds and Bonus Money. All Real Funds on the player’s account have to be used first, in order to be able to play with Bonus Money. 

8. Players have an option to forfeit their bonuses at any time. To cancel a Bonus, players can go to “Bonuses”, next “Active Bonuses” and click on “Cancel”. However, please be aware that if you forfeit a Deposit Bonus, No Deposit Bonus or Bonus Money from Free Spins before completing required wagering, the Bonus Money with uncompleted wagering requirements and all additional accumulated winnings will be removed.

9. Players have an option to withdraw Real Funds which has been already wagered. If a player would like to make a withdrawal request of Real Funds connected with the Bonus before meeting the wagering requirements, she/he needs to cancel a Bonus first.

10. Bonus Balance and Real Balance make up a player’s Total Balance. Bonus Balance is kept separately from Real Balance, and can be located in the Bonus Balance section. Real Balance contains all player’s Real Funds which can be both: linked or not linked to any offer. Bonus Balance contains Bonus Money, and Bonus Money from Free Spins. Bonus Balance will not be paid out directly but only once it has been transformed into Real Funds winnings.

11. If the Total Balance contains both Real Balance and Bonus Balance, Bonus Balance will not be used for wagers until Real Balance is consumed.

12. Once the Bonus Balance reaches 100% wagering in the Active Bonuses section, the bonus will close automatically and the remaining Bonus Balance will be transferred to the Real Balance.
    

DEPOSIT BONUS

1. Deposit Bonus is a Bonus Money player can receive upon making a deposit.

2. To claim a Deposit Bonus, a player must activate the relevant offer in the available bonuses tab on the deposit page. The method of delivery will be specified in the Significant Terms of each relevant promotion. 

3. Once the deposit has been confirmed the player will receive the Bonus Money immediately.

4. To decline the Deposit Bonus, a player can deposit without activating any offer from the available bonuses tab. Should a player decide not to take an already selected offer, they need to go back to the available bonuses tab and disable all bonus offers.

5. All casino deposit bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a x20 times wagering requirement. In order to redeem your deposit bonus, player needs to firstly play with his Deposit Amount and next player must wager the bonus amount.

6. Deposit Bonus, if not otherwise stated, must be wagered within 15 days, from the time credited. Any Bonus Money left on the account after 15 days will be forfeited.

7. All winnings from Deposit Bonus will remain as Bonus Money until wagering requirements are met.

⁠⁠NO DEPOSIT BONUS

1. No Deposit Bonus is direct, Bonus Money, added to the Player’s Account, to play for.

2. All casino No Deposit Bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a x20 times wagering requirement. In order to redeem your deposit the bonus, the player must wager the bonus amount.

3. No Deposit Bonus, if not otherwise stated, must be wagered within 15 days, from the time credited. Any Bonus Money left on the account after 15 days will be forfeited.

4. All winnings from No Deposit Bonus will remain as Bonus Money until wagering requirements are met.

5. Wagering and promotional play restrictions apply. 

FREE SPINS

1. Free Spins are rounds awarded in a slot game or group of slot games with or without a deposit being needed to be made. Unless specified otherwise any winnings resulting from Free Spins will be added directly to the player’s account as Bonus Money.

2. To claim Deposit Free Spins, a player must activate the relevant offer in the available bonuses tab on the deposit. Method of delivery will be specified in the Significant Terms of each relevant promotion. Deposit tabs are valid throughout the duration of an offer.

3. No Deposit Free Spins are automatically credited to eligible players (for example as tournament reward). 

4. Once the deposit has been confirmed the player will receive Free Spins immediately.

5. To decline the Deposit Free Spins, a player can deposit without activating any offer from the available bonuses tab. Should a player decide not to take an already selected offer, they need to go back to the available bonuses tab and select the 'Deposit without bonus' option.

6. Deposit and no deposit (for example tournament rewards) Free Spins will expire after 5 days from the time credited unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional landing page.

7. Any winnings resulting from Free Spins will be added directly to the player’s account as Bonus Money. Bonus Money from Free Spins is valid for 5 days.

8. Unless otherwise stated the wagering requirements for Bonus Money from Free Spins is x20.

WAGERING AND PROMOTIONAL PLAY RESTRICTIONS

1. Kingspin imposes certain restrictions in the way in which players can wager a Casino Bonus when participating in a Promotion.

2. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. Unless otherwise specified by the promotional terms and conditions, the maximum bet allowed (including additional features such as gamble and/or mini-games) cannot be greater than 5 EUR until the wagering requirements have been met. Bets of larger amounts until the bonus is fully wagered will not be accepted. For other currencies, the following limits apply: 5 EUR.
